BarArena is a guide to sports bars and similar venues around the world. We collect and organise public-style information—names, areas, categories, and short descriptions—so fans can discover places to watch a match, grab food, or meet friends. Think of us as a starting point for research, not the final word on opening hours, prices, or what is showing on any given night.
Agreeing to these terms
By opening or using BarArena—browsing listings, searching by city or country, or submitting a message through our contact options—you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We may refuse or limit access where we reasonably believe someone is breaking these rules or putting the service or other users at risk.
Fair use of the directory
We expect ordinary human browsing: you look things up, follow links, maybe save a venue for later. Behaviour we do not allow includes, for example:
- Running scrapers, bots, or bulk downloads that hammer our servers or suck down the whole catalogue without permission.
- Trying to break into accounts, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the site for others.

Most venue information comes from public sources, owner or manager updates, and tips from the community. We correct mistakes when we hear about them, but bars change menus, screens, and hours all the time. A listing might be outdated, incomplete, or simply wrong through no fault of yours or ours.
Always double-check details that matter—especially before you travel—by calling the venue or checking their official site or social channels. We are not responsible for a closed kitchen, a cancelled game feed, or a bad night out. You decide where to go and what to spend; we only help you narrow the list.
Suggestions, corrections, and messages you send
If you contact us with a correction, a new venue tip, or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and that it is not confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You grant us a simple, worldwide licence to use what you send to operate and improve the directory—for example to fix a typo, add a bar, or reply to you—without owing you a fee, unless we explicitly agree to something different (such as a paid partnership).
Please do not send us anything illegal, hateful, or loaded with malware. We may ignore or delete messages that look like spam or abuse.
Our content and branding
The BarArena name, logo, page design, editorial text we write ourselves, and the way we arrange and present data are ours (or our licensors’). You may not use our branding to imply we endorse another product or service without permission. Venue names and logos usually belong to those businesses; we display them to identify places, not to transfer any trademark rights to you.
Ads, analytics, and third-party services
We may show advertising (for example through Google AdSense or similar networks) and use analytics tools to understand how people use the site. Those partners have their own technologies and rules. They may collect or process data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We do not control every ad you see; if something looks inappropriate, you can often report it through the ad itself or let us know via the contact page.

Disclaimer and limit of liability
BarArena is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free data, or that the site will meet every expectation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (for example lost profits or missed events) arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or the site will not exceed the greater of (a) what you paid us specifically for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100), if you paid nothing—which is the usual case for casual visitors.
